Migrating your data to a new environment isn't always straightforward. So, we set up this test tool.
It will do two things:

run a sample import to validate access to your tools and to get the correct amount of objects (tickets, contacts,...) to migrate,

give us the information we need to send you an accurate quote of what the migration would cost.

How does this work?

Choose the source and the destination for your data migration. (If you don't have a Zendesk environment yet, start a trial first. You can do that right here for Zendesk Support)
You will be redirected to the data migration test tool, provided by Import 2, one of our trusted technology partners.
Log in to the source and destination accounts and start the sample migration. 100 objects (tickets, contacts, deals,...) will be imported into your destination environment.
Once the sample import was successful, you will be redirected to the Premium Plus website. Our team will contact you with a quote for the migration.
