Did you know that Zendesk plans to replace HTTP targets by February 2022? Moving forward, you will need webhooks to integrate Zendesk with any third-party platform or tool you'd like to use. Don't worry; it will prove a much more reliable and future-proof solution than HTTP targets. And, of course, we're here to help.
Luck favors the prepared. That's why you can already migrate your existing HTTP targets to webhooks today. However, depending on your specific set-up, you may be in for a rough ride. Not all webhooks are created equal. So, that's why we're offering Zendesk customers a free review to prepare this transition properly.
All it takes is a screenshot of your HTTP targets:
- Go to your Zendesk Admin Center.
- Click ‘Apps and integrations’ and ‘Targets’ in the sidebar*.
- Take a screenshot of the entire HTTP targets list.
- Share your screenshot using the form.
- Our experts will review your HTTP targets shortly to see whether or not an additional intervention is required.
*If you migrated all HTTP targets to webhooks before, the ‘Targets’ button will no longer be visible in the sidebar. In such a case, no further action is required.
